Rihanna looked casually fierce strutting into Cipriani, a restaurant on Wall Street in New York City, wearing lace up peep toe boots, a black and white striped mini, and sheer black shirt. Although the long nails are overboard, this look is perfect for the downtown rock scene. After dining at Cipriani, Rihanna went to Katy Perry's concert after party at The Griffin nightclub.
